1. How much does it cost to hire the bar?
Prices vary depending on the type of event, number of guests, drinks selection, and location. We offer both pre-paid and cash bar options, and every quote is completely bespoke – just drop us a message and we’ll be happy to chat through it.
2. Do you offer pre-paid bar packages?
Yes! We can arrange a fully pre-paid bar, or if you prefer, you can simply put a set amount behind the bar and let guests pay once that runs out. We’re happy to work flexibly around what suits you.
3. What drinks do you serve?
We offer a range of beers (including Moretti as standard), spirits, wine, soft drinks, and more. If you have specific preferences, we can tailor the menu to your event – just let us know!
4. Do you need power on site?
We’re completely self-contained – we can bring our own generator if needed. If you do have power or facilities available, that can reduce costs slightly.
5. What areas do you cover?
We're based in Dorset, but we’re happy to travel! Just let us know your event location and we’ll include transport in the quote.
6. Do you provide staff?
Yes – our friendly, professional team comes included with every booking. We'll make sure your guests are well looked after.
7. Can you cater for weddings or large events?
Definitely! Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, festival or corporate do, we can scale up or down to suit your crowd.
8. Do you need a license to serve alcohol?
Yes – but don’t worry, we take care of all the legal bits, including applying for the Temporary Events Notice (TEN). You focus on having a great time – we’ve got the logistics covered!
